Synopsis: Tom Sanger, 33, (Kris Marshall) has just been made redundant from what he thought was a dream job in a record company marketing department. But before he can leave, fate intervenes and Tom finds himself trpped in a lift with none other than the consultant Eloise (Annelise Hesme), who lost him his job. Tom would really love to hate her...

The trouble is the consultant is female, French, and beautiful. Four years later, after their relationship has broken down, they meet to say a final farewell on a Christmas evening, only to discover that they still have feelings for each other.

The film is set against the backdrop of London's iconic Southbank.
